We have officially grown up.

Here it is. Our future home. We searched and searched and prayed and prayed and the Lord gave us EXACTLY what we wanted. Lee and I were looking for a place in the country. An old charming farm house with a wrap around porch. Neither of us are subdivison people, neither of us like the cookie cutter houses that look just like all the others. We wanted land, we wanted character, we wanted country! And so here it is. 4.6 acres of land out in the middle of no where. About 15 minutes for us each to get to work. His and Hers barns. A fantastic view of a protected wet land area in the "back 40". Here are some shots of the "homestead".

This is "HIS" barn. It is actually the 3 car garage and then upstairs is an insulated loft that Lee has grand plans for the "man room." Below is "HER" barn. This is an empty pole building now and will likely store our boat and things until horses fit into the budget. Then we will add a stall or two, some fencing, and a horse!
Above is the "back 40". We will own to the big tree line. That land will eventually be pasture. Beyond that is the protected wet lands so no one can ever ruin our view. If you know us you know that this property IS PERFECT FOR US. A little rolling hills, no neighbors, a country road, each of us have a barn, a big house to have people over and out of state family come stay, room for our doggy to roam. We are so thankful that the Lord blessed us with this land.
