Fall Party II

There is nothing better than where I grew up in the fall. I live out in the boonies. When people say they live in the country.....we drive through the country on the way to our house. This weekend my mother hosted Fall Party II in order for our family to get together and celebrate the beauty of the season. Here are some pictures of my yard/across the road to give you an idea of how awesome it is where I grew up.





Present at the Fall Party were Wagners (Mom, Dad, Miriam), Ballmers (Aunt Bren, Uncle John, Boston), Ballmers (Benji (my cousin), Sarah, Dance), Ballmers (Dan & Tracy), and of course Sniders (Lee & Becca). My Aunt Bren is my mom's sister and then we've kind of molded with some of my Uncle John's side of the family (Dan & Tracy) to create a "holiday family" of our own. My mom had gotten special prizes and had Lee draw up a double elimination cornhole tournament bracket. We ate lots of food and played lots of cornhole. In the championship game it was Uncle John and I vs. Lee and my mom AND THEY BEAT US! Everyone also had a great time playing with Dance who will be two in December. She is my cousin Benji's little girl. She's the only little one in the family and pretty darn cute. It was great to spend time with the family. We hadn't been to Ohio since Easter and it was long over due. There's no place like home....there's no place like home....
