Catching Up

Because I am a very task oriented person I feel like I have to get this blog caught up! Here is a picture of Lee and I from our joint birthday party in New Hall 5 years ago. Lee's birthday is 10/17 and mine is 10/18. This would have been his 20th birthday and my 21st. SO LONG AGO! So now that you all know that Lee and I are married I suppose the next chapter ought to be about where we are and what we are doing now.

We got married in June and neither of us worked during the summer. We spent time at the lake, visited friends, and just enjoyed being together.

This is Lee's first day of school picture for 2006. He is now in his third year of teaching. So far he's taught 4th grade, 3rd grade, and now is back to 4th grade once again. He also teachs an ESL afterschool program this year.

I am in my second year of the MA in Counseling Program at Grace College in Winona Lake, IN. It has been one of the most stretching experiences of my life. I have been blessed to be in a Christian program that teaches not only about helping others but about God and how our faith applies to counseling. My classes are only two days a week so on the other days I have been substitute teaching. I do not know how Lee does it everyday. Those kiddos wear me out QUICK.
