Wedding Weekend

This weekend we headed to Marion, Indiana for the Lee's younger sister, Megan's wedding. In an attempt to save money we decided to share a room with Lee's older sister and her husband and son. Hindsight is 20/20. Note to self: the money potentially saved in sharing a room does not outweigh the luxury of sleep. Jarrett (1 1/2 yrs old) did not sleep. Natalie already didn't feel well and is eight months pregnant to boot. So it was worst case scenerio for her. He screamed and cried throughout the whole night. As Lee and I pretended to be sleeping we came to the conclusion that as a couple we are definitely not ready to be parents! Poor Natalie. We pray that her next baby is slightly more compliant. The wedding day went well, the ceremony was beautiful, but overall it's a blur. I was struggling to stay awake, repressing the Grouch within, and attempting to entertain the very child that had put me in such a state. However, for those for which this day was important it was fun and went smoothly. And that is what matters most. Megan looked beautiful and she and Aaron are now happily married lounging in Florida. We got everything cleaned up after the couple left and as we headed home I was SO TIRED that I actually began to cry. Those of you who know me, know this is uncharacteristic. Oh man, don't know how Natalie survives life. My only real regret is that I did not get a chance to get any pictures of anything. As I looked on my camera these are the only two wedding pictures I had...........so here they are. To commemorate the Wedding weekend:
#1 A picture of Lee's family.
#2 A picture of us.

Sorry about the lack of sleep. I am sure Jett is sorry too. At least it was one night and not lots of them. I MISS YOU and I'm beginning to think you don't like me anymore. Call or write (if you still want to be friends sometime). ;)
